Terms and Conditions

Description of Service

Vyco Direct will offer clients debt management and financial planning services using Vyco Direct's financial planning software. Our services will establish step-by-step processes, which if followed properly over a time period, will empower clients to effectively manage and pay off their debts. Vyco Direct will create for these clients a detailed financial plan that will enable clients to get out of debt at a faster rate. Unlike Debt Settlement and Debt Consolidation, our services do not negatively affect our clients' credit scores.

Acceptance of Service

Vyco Direct shall proceed to render services to each client only after receiving the client's consent and approval. A voice recorded agreement with client agreeing to the service, guarantees, and fee, shall constitute a verbal but binding agreement between client and Vyco Direct.

Notice of Cancellation:

Clients can cancel their agreement for service with Vyco Direct within three (3) days of service agreement in writing. Such notices must be postmarked no later than midnight of the third day following the date client agreed to the service. The notice should be sent to: Vyco Direct, 1900 The Exchange, Suite 675, Atlanta, GA 30339. After the expiration of the above mentioned period, client shall be deemed to have entered into a binding service contract for good and valuable consideration for the services specified in paragraph one of the Terms and Conditions of service.

Refund Policy

There is a $199.00 non-refundable retainer fee for processing client service agreement. Client shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price less the non-refundable fee, if any of the following happens: (a) Notice of cancellation executed properly as stated in paragraph 3 above; (b) No work started on client's accounts within thirty (30) days; and (c) Guarantees as promised by Vyco Direct, to save client a specified amount over the plan period, and becoming debt free over a stated time frame, has not been met. In the latter case, a client will receive a full refund of the purchase price if they choose to complete the service.

Vyco Direct respects your right to privacy. We are committed to protecting our clients' personal information. Therefore, Vyco Direct will not disseminate your personal information to any third party vendor. We protect and secure our clients confidential information using the highest industry standards to insure your protection.
